Please read the following before sending your request for a trial by mail:
- There is no charge for the trial software or shipping in the U.S.A. and Canada. Internationally, we must charge for Federal Express or UPS shipping to your location. There is no charge to download the program file from our website.
- It may take two weeks or longer for the trial to arrive by mail. To begin your trial sooner download the program file on any computer, it does not have to be the computer you will be scheduling on, so, you may want to find a computer with a high speed connection to download the program file. If you decide to do this do not submit the form below or you will also receive a trial by mail.
- Only submit your request if you wish to receive the trial by mail.
Request trial by mail
After reading the above, contact us by phone or e-mail to request a trial by mail. When e-mailing requests make sure to include the following information:
- your name;
- company name and mailing address; and
- phone number.
After we receive your request you will receive an e-mail message from us confirming that your package has been sent. If you do not receive a reply to your request within one business day please phone us to ensure that your request was received.
