Service and Support
When you purchase ESP you automatically receive six months of unlimited support and program updates at no extra cost.
After that time you can keep ESP up to date by enrolling in our SupportPlus+ support plan. This ensures that you receive all program updates, unlimited telephone, internet, and e-mail support, and use of our Schedule Analysis service. Customers wishing not to participate in our support plan may contact ThoughtWorks for assistance but will be charged a per incident fee of $100, which is due at the time of the call and payable by credit card.
Program updates
Program updates are part of our SupportPlus+ plan. Unsupported customers who want the latest version must purchase an upgrade. The upgrade fee is based on a percentage of the full license fee and the number of years the customer has been unsupported.
